Sustainability

No selling point. Our way of working.

We are not talking about saving the world. We are working with a material that grows back, continue to use our own waste material, and have it tested. What is stated here is proven, not claimed.

Material cycle

The waste from one production is the raw material for the other.

Cardboard is fiber-based and renewable. What is left over from folding carton production is not thrown away but turned into molded pulp parts. This keeps the fiber in the loop.

01

Cardboard

Fiber-based, made from renewable raw materials.

02

folding carton

Production of the cardboard packaging, with trim.

03

molded pulp

The by-product creates a second product.

04

Waste paper

At the end, returned to the fiber loop, recyclable depending on the design.

Where we start

Specifically, instead of in a general way.

Material

Fiber-based packaging made from renewable raw materials. Depending on its structure, it can be recycled through the waste paper stream or industrially composted; tested for each product.

Production

No production waste in the traditional sense: cardboard scraps become raw material for molded pulp. Energy consumption at the sites is continuously examined for potential savings.

Alternative to plastic

Molded pulp replaces polystyrene foam and plastic thermoformed trays wherever the requirement allows. Fiber instead of fossil material.
